KKE would like to enter into up to 3 parallel framework agreements with joinery and carpentry companies for assignments connected to ongoing assignments within joinery and carpentry work for the contracting authority. This concerns, amongst other things, odd jobs and planned maintenance work and external and internal joinery and carpentry work connected to alterations/renovations and new buildings/extensions/additions. The agreements concern carrying out a building contract based on NS 8406, yet it may also be desirable for the joiner to assume the role of managing contractor for some work. It can also be necessary for some assignments to add engineering design services to the contractor. See the tender documentation for a further description of the procurement. The total value stated in point II.2.1 is an estimate, only.
