The procurement includes an evaluation of a trial with reduced voting age to 16 years in 20 municipalities and possibly in Longyearbyen Community Council in the 2015 local elections. The evaluation covers data and information collection, analysis related to the preparation of the trial, the election, its outcome and the consequences it can have on the political processes in the participating municipalities. Both qualitative and quantitative methodology are presumed.
