In the municipal executive committee ”Increased pool capacity in Trondheim”, was discussed 15th October 2013 and the chief administrative officer got a resolution, amongst other things that "the chief administrative officer shall work to ensure a rent contract for a new training pool that can increase the pool capacity, even if one of the school swimming pools in Trondheim east is phased out".
