Lånekassen's headquarters are based in Økern in Oslo, where we occupy a building in Østre Aker vei, no 20. Lånekassen also has leased premises in Østre Aker vei, no 22, but the leasing conditions for these premises are about to expire. The building is four stories and consists mainly of offices and meeting rooms. Lånekassen needs cleaning services for daily cleaning of the premises as well as purchasing of additional services such as polishing, washing of offices, window washing etc. The cleaning services will mainly consist of ensuring the daily cleaning of our premises consisting of offices, open plan offices, meeting rooms, canteens/lunch rooms, general office (reception), corridors, stairs, toilets and gymnasium with change rooms.
