The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA) has a need for the production of signs for different purposes in defence sector arenas. There is a need for both external and internal signs for buildings, and in addition signing of outdoor areas such as shooting and training grounds.
The NDEA will to a large degree need project management, client follow up and consultancy in connection with sign solutions, which will involve the development of sign plans for the delivery of signs to several building in an area. Advice and preparation of suggestions for smaller deliveries of signs will also be a natural part of the delivery. Consulting is also necessary in connection with the rules for signing, so that the signing is carried out according to laws and regulations. An example of this is the handling of building licence cases with the individual municipalities, for signs that require an application for a building licence.
The NDEA can also require larger signs, for example building site signs. If the sign supplier can offer storage capacity, this should be offered.
The desire is to recruit a supplier with good experience within project management and client follow up, who can deliver a broad spectrum of signs for all purposes. The supplier must be able to deliver and offer installation of signs for all of NDEA's market areas.
The framework agreement covers delivery of signs to the Norwegian Ministry of Defence (FD) and underlying agencies, including the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency and the Norwegian Armed Forces.
