The objective with the procurement is to cover the Sporveien Corporate's requirement for damage done to properties insurances, including i.a. the following insurances:
— Damage done to properties with interruption (includes all buildings, movables, facilities, parked carriages and installations) including covering terror.
— Infrastructure.
— Builder liability.
— Project.
— Managment liability.
— Crimes (Option for the Sporveien).
— Vehicles and working machines (including i.a. liability).
— Official journeys.
The contract period of the insurance agreements is 1 year with option for Sporveien to prolong the agreement with further 3 years (1+1+1). The contract is initiated 1.1.2015.
The procurement will be divided in separate insurance agreements for each of the above listed insurance types.
Sporveien will evaluate if the service providers comply with the contractual obligations against the type of insurances included in the procurement. Therefore one service provider can be considered as qualified for submitting tender for one or several insurance types.
