The Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, shall enter into an agreement regarding development of e-training. Compare the requirement specifications. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to alter the courses as well as adding other courses at a later date. The Contracting Authority shall select minimum 3 service providers who shall form a pool. In order to place call-offs against the framework agreement, a miniature tender contest shall be executed among the service providers. The objective of this is to determine who shall be awarded the assignment. Award criteria in miniature tender contest are total price for development of each course as well as proposal for achieving goals for each course.
