Helse Sør-Øst with underlying units would like to enter into a framework agreement with Gartner Norge AS for the provision of services within research, analysis and consultancy.
The analysis services shall be based on recognised models and methods that ensure compliance and independence and that cover all areas within ICT, in addition to medicine and health, medical technical equipment and logistics, work flow and process support.
The contract shall cover fixed priced member based services that give free acess to analyses, methodologies, templates and tools, as well as access to analysists/consultants.
The contract shall also include role based programmes with an adapted portal for access to relevant content for each role, in addition to programmes for different levels in an ICT organisation, and access to consultancy services that shall make facts and knowledge available and give advice for further work.
Gartner Norge AS is the only company that offers all these services and the contracting authority has, therefore, assessed that there is a basis to enter into a direct contract.
