Section 3.3 Award Criteria in the tender documents has been amended. The criterium "Price discount other product assortment", which is weighted 10 % has been deleted. The criterium "Price excluding VAT in accordance with the price form with product proposals, annex 1", with an original weighting 40 % has been amended to 50 %.
The background for the amendments is that the contracting authority has received a question about the discount and the problem of giving a uniform and total discount.
Based on this the contracting authority has decided that it will be difficult to assess discounts and equal treatment. The new award criteria can be found in version 2 of the tender documents.
