Support is wanted for working out a public transport plan that can enable Tromsø to achieve its aim of allowing for future growth in the public transport need and foot and cycle paths. The work must result in proposals for a uniform plan with combined initiatives, which are calculated on cost and effect, both as regards the infrastructure and operation/offer side. In order to solve considerable capacity challenges and increase the attractiveness of public transport, the contracting authority would like solution proposals for a review of a long term high quality public transport offer.
