Søre Sunnmøre Innkjøpssamarbeid shall, on behalf of the member municipalities, hold a tender competition for school books and other teaching aids for the schools in these municipalities.
The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for school books including text books, teacher guidelines, task book, answer book, digital learning resources that are a part of the course work. Fiction books, theme books, reference books and other subject literature including associated audio books and digital learning resources. Subject books for the professional market.
The framework agreement is for the school sector.
The contracting authority would like tenders for a system that covers the needs stated in the tender documentation.
The contracting authority shall choose the system that is the economically most advantageous for each municipality. Tenders shall be given per municipality and we will evaluate and award a contract per municipality. It must be clear if the tender applies to several or all of the municipalities. Likewise it must be clear if such a tender for several municipalities has different terms for each individual municipality.
