Cancellation of the competition, cf. § 22-1.
The contracting authority has been made aware that before the deadline for receipt of tenders expired, an answer to a question was sent by mistake directly to the tenderer who asked the question.
This is contrary to the basic requirement of equal treatment of suppliers, cf. the regulations § 3-1, fourth paragraph and the law § 5. Answers to questions should have been published on Doffin so that all suppliers received the same information at the same time.
The contracting authority has to therefore cancel the competition in accordance with the regulations § 22-1 first section. A new competition will soon be published on Doffin. There will be small changes to the tender documents.
