DSB, hereafter called the contracting authority, has entered into a framework agreement.
The purpose of the agreement covers the contracting authority's need for a new service uniform for officials of the Norwegian Civil Defence. The scope of the agreement will be determined by annual appropriations.
The Civil Defence currently has approx.180 permanent employees who use a service uniform.
It is desirable for the offered service uniform to be an off-the-shelf product from the tenderer's standard range, both in terms of design and colour choices.
