The framework agreement shall cover the entire municipality needs for teaching aids to the primary and lower secondary schools in Oppegård.
Oppegård kommune has 5 elementary schools, 3 lower secondary schools and 1-10 schools with special needs students and 1 qualifying centre (adult education and refugees). The Contacting Authority has currently 8 school libraries that are also included in the framework agreement.
Student number per 2014 is 3 720 students.
