The assignment consists initially of preparation of the feasibility study on the expansion of the existing administration building.
The extension consists of approx. 300 m2 extension on two floors, totalling approx. 610 m2 gross area, of which approx. 270 m2 as operations rooms.
The contract includes:
— Case managers for the various counseling courses and DAKs.
— Professional Responsibility Each design (RIB, RIV, RIE, RIBR), including SEARCH function.
— Project Management Group (PGL).
— Coordinating design (KP) according to Client Regulations.
— Furnishings (ARK).
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency reserves the right to undertake third-party inspection of work performed by consultants.
In addition, an option is wanted for detailed design and follow up during the construction period.
