The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) hereby invites tenders for a competitive tendering process with negotiation concerning a framework agreement for the delivery of:
Equipment, software and services linked to video-conferencing.
The competitive tendering process will be carried out in two stages. This is Stage 1 of the process and concerns pre-qualification. Provided that NVE receives sufficient qualified applications, we intend to invite between three and five of these suppliers (see Section 17-6 of the Public Procurement Regulations) to submit tenders in Stage 2 of the process.
The anticipated value of the agreement is of the order of 1.2 million NOK incl. VAT over two years. Invoicing shall be based on the issuing of electronic invoices in accordance with the EHF standard.
NVE will use the Operating Agreement (SSA-D) from Difi.no with standard appendices as the contract for final agreement.
