The need for new student places at the Oslo schools will increase enormously over the next decade. The increase in the need for school places presents major challenges for establishing a sufficient number of student places in time. Expansion, construction of new school facilities and the conversion of existing school facilities from upper secondary high schools to primary schools have been a key strategic measure in increasing primary school capacity quickly enough. Due to the overall volume of expansion and restructuring, ASA sees a need to obtain external expertise in engineering professional consulting and investigation.
