The Tram Lifting Equipment (TLE) is required for the lifting of the Bergen Variobahn 32m-long and planned Bergen Variobahn 42m-long trams within a purpose-built Tram Maintenance Workshop. It comprises of Sixteen Lifting Columns for vehicle lifting within a Pit & Gantry lane; two guided systems, one either side of the vehicle, along which the Lifting Jacks can be moved manually.
