The procurement comprises a framework agreement to cover Rikskonsertene's (Concerts Norway) need for car rental services. Each year Rikskonsertene arranges a large number of concerts and tours all over Norway, and in this regard rents cars to cover our transport needs for musician, sound technicians and equipment. The concerts and tours take place throughout the whole of Norway, and we are therefore dependent of a partner who can deliver the desires cars throughout the country.
The contract will have a value of approximately 2.1 million NOK per year excluding VAT, based on statistics from 2011 and 2012. The amount only gives an indication of the scope of annual purchase of rental car services. It should be noted however, that Rikskonsertene is not committed in regard to any volume purchase of rental cars during the contract.
