The contract includes analysis of the costs of municipal and non-municipal nurseries, corresponding with previous analyses from Fürst and Høverstad for 2009 and Telemarksforskning for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. The contract also includes calculations of national rates of disbursement of municipal subsidy rates to non-municipal nurseries. The contract is for three years and includes cost analysis for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. Similarly the assignment includes calculations of national rates for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018. The results will be published in three settlement reports in respectively the end of February 2015, the end of February 2016 and the end of February 2017.
