South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (HSØ) with dept. Hospitals Partner shall enter into a regional agreement for the purchase of Symantec licenses as well as a regional maintenance contract to cover the overall maintenance requirements for Symantec licenses in the region. The Contracting Authority wants to enter into a framework agreement for purchase and maintenance agreement with the same supplier for the entire period. The current maintenance agreement of the existing license portfolio applies through 31.12.2014, and new maintenance agreement will apply from 1.1.2015. The framework agreement for the purchase of licenses will take effect from the date of signing, 24.6.2014.
The main objectives of this procurement are:
Support and maintenance of existing license portfolio.
Supplementing purchases of new licenses.
Purchase of extended service.
