Cooperation on study point giving company internal training in project management. Practical project management (15 study points). The target group is employees who implement smaller projects, operational personnel, administration, property administrators and developers in Statsbygg.
The objective with the training is to provide the employees an overall, thorough and practical insight in the project as a work form. They shall become familiar with the various project implementation models and be able to organise, plan and follow up Statsbygg's projects.
