Statsbygg would like tenders for a framework agreement for securing ministry buildings for H002 Construction Management with SHA coodinator responsibility for execution.
Several of the ministries have moved into new premises at different addresses in Oslo. There is a need to carry out further security work at these premises. This contract is mainly for construction manager services connected to the ministries' premises, but there can also be construction management for equivalent measures for other equivalent buildings.
The works primarily consist of facade securing measures, but there can be other security measures in some cases, as well as constructional measures which are not carried out by the landlord
