The Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM) is the central directorate for the protection of important information and infrastructure for critical society and other important society functions. NSM shall, within its scope of responsibility, secure information and objects by

NSM shall be an initiator for improving the security condition and it shall give advice on the development of the security work in society.
The directorate is administratively under the Ministry of Defence and reports to the Ministry of Justice and Public Security for cases in the civil sector.
NSM has a need for stable and secure access to services within design and visual communication. Based on this, we invite companies to an open tender competition for the award of a framework agreement.
The services will include, amongst other things, NSM's annual report, quarterly reports, brochures and other types of publications. The services will also include graphical visualations in different formats and internet publications. NSM is currently working on new websites and revising the visual profile. This work will be completed this year.
A contract shall be signed with one service provider for two years. The awarding authority reserves the right extend the framework agreements for 1+1 year on otherwise unchanged terms, so that the length of the contracts is a maximum of four years. The contract's value is expected to be approx. 2 000 000 NOK over a four year period. The amount is partly based on historical accounting figures, but with an adjustment as the need for such services has recently increased. The value must however be seen as an estimate and it is not binding for the awarding authority.
