Våler, Moss, Rygge and Råde municipalities have established a cooperating procurement group, 'Innkjøpsgruppen Østfold Nord-Vest'. The procurement group invites interested suppliers to submit a tender for a framework agreement for the delivery of cooled fish products. There are institutional kitchens in the four municipalities, which are the largest purchasers. Other purchasers are nursing homes, residentail and service centres and before-and-after-school care and nurseries.
