The Register of Environmental Decisions shall be a new electronic register for publication of selected decisions on the environment. Approval for the establishment of the Register of Environmental Decisions is through Regulations 14. June 2013 pursuant to Act 19. June 2009 no. 100 on the management of biodiversity § 68. Further specific decisions shall be published in full text and the register shall contain it's own mapping solution.
