Introduction
Nordland Hospital invites companies to an open tender competition for project support for taking a new hospital in Bodø into use and for the design of modern and appropriate organisation of the services as regards the planned/desired activity in the new K-wing. The project will be managed by a project manager from Nordlandssykehuset HF. The project support shall primarily be aimed at carrying out data collection, analysis and the development of new operational models and the use of resources in the new hospital.
The contract is for assistance for the project manager in implementing the project, cf. the description of minimum requirements 3, with great emphasis on analysis work and the optimalisation of the use of resources.
The contract is divided into 2 phases. The first phase runs until 1.1.2014 and consists of analysis, model development and planning. The second phase is implementation.
