Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF has conducted procurement of turnkey contractor to develop and construct a new nursing home in Vestre Aker district.
General aims:
— Develop and construct a new nursing home with single rooms and good welfare technology adapted to elderly persons with complex medical diagnoses, including dementia.
— Develop and construct a new nursing home with focus on low LCC costs, energy consumption equal to passive house level and high environmental targets.
— The nursing home shall be completed in 2016.
