Ministry of Foreign Affairs, hereafter called awarding authority would like to enter into framework agreements for IP telephony.
The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework for the operation/maintenance and development of the Foreign Ministry's global IP telephony solution, including necessary equipment, software, services and equipment for this solution. There are no direct service deliveries abroad. The solution is currently based on Alcatel Enterprise products, with integrations to Microsoft Lync Enterprise Edition.
The agreement regulates the annual maintenance fees, licenses and operations consultant for IP telephony from Alcatel Lucent and Arubacare maintenance of Cisco WLAN and maintenance of network switches
Award authority assumes that the supplier has personnel available at its premises to service the contract through operational support.
