The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall develop, implement and further develop surveys related to reputation, tenantry and general public’s satisfaction, as well as survey of satisfaction in connection with sales of properties. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Awarding Authority’s requirements for development and implementation of various surveys.
The service provider must also provide and implement individual surveys among other target groups. This might be evaluation of projects and evaluation subsequent to finalised consultancy sales, focus groups, depths interviews, etiquette surveys among employees or other minor surveys. The agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation.
