The assignment involves delivery of a tool/web solution for media monitoring for the use of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Foreign Service (hereinafter referred to as the MFA). The assignment involves providing the political staff of the MFA and other staff with a rapid, up-to-date and continuous coverage of current news from the types of media listed below. News shall be delivered on a continuous basis via a web page available to the MFA's employees. There shall be simple and effective facilities for searching on the basis of subject/topic, person, date and media, and hits shall be presented in well-ordered hit lists and clipping folders.
