The objectives of this contract are:

— carry out a media programme for the UK, Germany, France, Benelux and the Nordic Countries in order to promote rural tourism in Malta as per each countries media plan,

— to increase positive awareness of Malta amongst target segments in key markets,

— to improve the knowledge of Malta amongst the travel trade and community,

— to help increase visibility of Malta as an all year round destination especially in the shoulder months,

— to target specific segments such as ramblers and sports enthusiasts to visit Malta and experience the rural aspect of the destination,

— design, and print a 16 page booklet on rural tourism to be distributed in specialized overseas fairs by the Malta Tourism Authority.
