The objective of this framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency’s, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requirements for various types of consultancy services, such as:
Consulting engineer, construction technique (RIB).
Consulting engineer, HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV).
Consulting engineer, electrical installations (RIE).
Consulting engineer, Fire proofing (RIBR).
Construction management (BL).
Consulting engineer, Architectural services (ARK).
Consulting engineer, Geotechnics (RIG).
Consulting engineer, Acoustics (RIAKU).
The framework agreements will mainly include assignments in connection with maintenance and reconstruction of existing buildings and plants with technical installations. The agreements may also be entered into in connection with new buildings, primarily in relation to smaller projects.
The contract shall include the Awarding Authority’s nationwide requirements and all of the Awarding Authority’s departments may enter into the agreement. However, this does not include Forsvarsbygg Utvikling (the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency Development) which will enter into separate agreements for various consultancy services in accordance with requirements.
The tender contest is divided professional and geographical in such a way that it is possible to submit tenders for one or several competition area(s). See the tender documents’ section I for further information of the competition areas separate tenders shall be submitted.
