Telecommunication is very important so that the health companies (the awarding authority) can carry out their society assignments withing health in a secure and good way. The awarding authority is located at approx. 270 locations.
In 2010 the awarding authority had expenses connected to subscriptions and calls for more than 114 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
In summary the aim of the enquiry is:
— Cost efficient, among other things by saving costs on landline and mobile subscriptions as well as telecommunication at the awarding authority's different locations,
— Cost reductions in important types of calls,
— Flexibility in moves and changes,
— Ensure a stabile and operational secure speech system,
— Making the organisation more efficient with good telephony systems.
