Hankel osalemiseks ja lisatud dokumentidega tutvumiseks peate sisenema hankekeskkonda ning vajutama hanke juures asetsevale nupule "Vaata kõiki hanke materjale". Pakkumuse esitamine Mercell hankekeskkonnas on tasuta. Pakkumused on suletud kuni hanke tähtaja saabumiseni.
