Short description

The Research Council of Norway's Department of Data Management and Analysis is seeking proposals for altmetrics data and an analysis framework. This data will help document and evaluate the impact of our research funding. Reliable data on funded projects' outcomes is essential for accurate impact assessment. RCN plans to use both project-sourced and external data within standard analytical frameworks to support our impact assessments.
RCN will retain an option for further acquisitions from the tenderer winning this bid. Further acquisitions will not exceed NOK 400000 ex.vat per year (for up to 4 years) and could include data as well as support for data-analysis. The value of the procurement is expected to be NOK 480 000 with a maximum value for the whole procurement of 2 080 000 NOK including options.
