This means that Sykehusinnkjøp HF, on behalf of Helse Stavanger HF, intends to enter into a framework agreement with Rogaland Red Cross and Norwegian People´s Aid for services to the Prehospital clinic. The framework agreement includes the use of stand-by ambulances, patient transport assignments and emergency assistance services. The assignments mainly involve the supplier providing ambulances and trained personnel available for this type of assignment.
