This is a Request for Proposal for Server hardware for Bosch BIS and BVMS licenses and servers purchase for Luminor Lithuania.
Please find attached files with Request for Proposal and appendices in section “Files”.
The goal of this procurement is to purchase Bosch BIS and BVMS licenses and servers for Luminor Lithuania.
•Preferred HP servers listed in the attached RFP questioner.
•Proposed licenses must come with 1-year free support.
•In the submitted proposal must be included ( installation of proposed licenses into the new servers, data transfer from existing servers and full configuration according to existing profile).
•Additional 2-years support will be purchased together with the licenses.
We would like to invite you participate in our tender by submitting your proposal in the attached RFP documents.
Familiarize yourself with the tender documents (attached in this letter) and submit your proposal by the end of the working day of June 10th.
Please note that proposals will be accepted for evaluation only if they are subbmited for a full scope of this procurement which is licenses + servers.
To participate in this tender supplier must submit following certificates together with proposal.
Bosch Building Integration System (BIS) Expert level technical certificate.
Bosch Video Management System (BVMS) Expert level technical certificate (up to 2024m) or Bosch Video Management System (BVMS) technical certificate (from 2024m).
