The subject of this call for tenders is the establishment of two framework service contracts, one for each lot, with service providers who will assist the contracting authorities by providing both intra-mural (working at the EEA’s or the JRC’s premises) and extra-mural (working at the contractors’ premises or elsewhere) consultancy services.
