Dear Sir/Madam,
This is a Request for Information (hereinafter
RFI) from
SEB.
SEB - means the company, or companies, in the SEB Group in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
SEB intends to implement a new document handling system for such document groups as letters, decisions, incl. meeting minutes, agreements, POA (Power of attorney) and other.
The purpose of this RFI is to get knowledge on potential suppliers who could provide SEB with requested system to get initial proposals with system’ functionality description and indicative price, including cost for additionally needed licenses, version upgrade, necessary customization, support & maintenance, data migration (the data amount to be agreed. Not full data migration is expected.). Cloud and on-prem solutions are welcome.

If your company is interested to participate, answer to this RFI (your proposal) is expected no later than 2024, 3 rd of May, 17:00 on Lithuanian time.SEB appreciates in advance your effort in making a proposal.
