Finavia grants possession of business premises at the Schengen airside of Helsinki Airport, to Operator specializing in offering high-quality common-use (commercial) airport lounge atmosphere, services and products. The tender consists of two (2) units located at the heart of the busy Schengen terminal between gate areas 22-27. The tendered two (2) units shall be granted to one operator. Even though airline and credit card collaborations will probably form the core of lounge users, the access to these lounges shall not be allowed to be limited to customers of certain airlines or just certain credit cards. All passengers must also be able to purchase the access to both lounge units beforehand or on-site.
Excellent customer service provided by a highly skilled and dedicated staff and a pleasant ambiance with coherent design of the premises create additional value to customers and the area, where streams of passengers can pause and enjoy a meal, refreshing cup of coffee or other drinks in a welcoming and appealing environment. The units shall be open to all potential customers during the joint opening hours of the commercial services at the airport.
