Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for the supply of 11 km REBCO coated conductor for HL-LHC series current leads with a width of 4 mm, a 40-60 ?m thick substrate and around 20 ?m copper stabilisation on each side, in piece lengths of at least 100 m. In order to ensure suitability for cabling and splicing, the tape must be qualified for minimum bend radius, internal resistance, and the temperature stability of the internal resistance and critical current; and meet the critical current specification of 200 A at 60 K and 0.7 T in all orientation.
