Vestre Viken Procurement Collaboration (Norwegian: VVI) will, on behalf of several participating municipalities, establish a new framework agreement for "Vehicle leasing and purchase of vehicles including vehicle administration".
Relevant tenderers are invited to a market conference on Thursday 24 August on Teams. Only one-to-one meetings will be held with registered tenderers. The registration deadline is 18.08.2023

Relevant tenderers are invited to a market conference on Thursday 24 August on Teams. One-to-one meetings will be held with registered tenderers, and these tenderers will receive information on date and time for the meeting soon. An appointed professional group will participate at the meetings.
Registered tenderers will receive a draft to the tender contest prior to the market conference
The agenda for the conference meetings will be:
1. Brief orientation about the participating municipalities and the future contest.
2. Input from tenderers on how to improve the tender documentation with a focus on the description of needs (sent after registration)
3. Information about progress
4. Any other business
