Avinor AS and Svalbard Airport AS want external assistance to carry out risk analyses in strategic areas such as safety, security, HSE, external environment and emergency preparedness. Avinor wants to enter into parallel framework agreements over a 5-year period and 2 years option for extension (5+1+1).
