CERN intends to place a contract for the supply of metal precision cleaning machine (or set of compatible machines) for Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) and particle physics applications. The machine shall be: - compatible with hydrocarbon and silicon-based contaminants; - with a cleaning capacity of 550mm x 300mm x 300mm; The delivery is expected to be requested in 2024, i.e. a lead time of approximately 10 months.
