Short description
Through the procurement, the contracting authority would like to enter into framework agreements with 3-5 tenderers per discipline (parallel agreements) provided that there is a sufficient number of qualified tenderers. See the note for subject area 7.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authorities' needs for data collection and consultancy services within the following disciplines:
1. Consulting engineer for data capture, Water and Sewage
2. Consulting engineer for collection of basic data, Roads
3. Consulting engineer for noise calculation
4. Consulting engineer for bearing capacity measurement
5. Consulting engineer for road safety audit
6. Consulting engineer for land survey
7. Data collection - road imaging and registration of road elements
8. Data collection - drone and laser scanning
*The contracting authority will enter into a contract with only one tenderer for discipline 7.
