The objective of the procurement is to supplement the child welfare authorities' need for the following services:
• Care changing measures
• Compensatory measures
• Measures aimed at youth and behavioural challenges
• Bed-sit with follow-up
• Control measures
• Stabilising measures
• Measures for families with massive and complex challenges
• Cultural competence/cultural interpreter
• Animal-assisted interventions
