The contract is for catering, including hot and cold food, as well as cakes and bakery products for the municipality's entities. The contract is non-exclusive for both the contracting authority and the tenderer.
The procurement will be restricted to entities or programmes that have a primary objective of integrating disabled or disadvantaged persons into the working life. This only applies when at least 30% of the employees, or alternatively those who provide the main service, have a disability or are disadvantaged, cf. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 8-8. This also applies for sub-providers, if any.
