The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for vehicle administration and leasing vehicles. We would like to have a tenderer that offers vehicle administration for the vehicles in the contracting authority's vehicle fleet that require this. The contract will also include leasing vehicles on behalf of the contracting authority.
