DSS would like to procure a contract for an internet based psychological work testing and competence tool for recruitment and development purposes. The contracting authorities would like a system that can predict candidate job performance, at the same time being user-friendly for the contracting authority, test administrator and candidates. The procurement will contribute to the contracting authorities recruiting in a professional and efficient way. in accordance with the best practice within recruitment, and which ensures job seekers a good and confidence-inspring candidate experience.
The contracting authorities need tests for recruitment and development purposes, and the procurement is split into two lots, including:
• Personality test, manager development test, and team development test
• Ability tests, including verbal and non-verbal abiltiies
In periods where the contracting authority has a lack of capacity, there may also be a need for consultancy services connected to the use of testing tools in recruitment processes.
